1. Course Fee Refund Policy

All course fees paid to NIFDTB Academy are non-refundable.

Once you have successfully enrolled and access to the course has been provided, no refund, cancellation, or transfer of fees will be permitted under any circumstances. We encourage you to review the course details carefully before making your purchase.

2. Physical Study Materials & Kits

If your course includes physical study materials, raw materials, or training kits, please note that:

• No returns will be accepted once the materials have been dispatched or delivered.
• No refunds will be issued for any physical materials, kits, or products supplied as part of the course.
• We do not accept exchanges for materials that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a package that is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and its contents. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement of the affected item. This does not apply to requests for refunds.

4. Digital Products

All digital course content, downloadable resources, videos, and learning materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders for courses or physical materials cannot be cancelled after purchase and processing.
